My program focuses on 6 areas that affect moms as a whole- relationships, time, self-care practices, physical health, spiritual connection, and purpose.
I don’t just give you the materials and leave you to figure it out. I will guide you on how to make life work FOR you.
There will be reading materials, videos, and opportunities to connect with other like minded women and build your support community.
You also get access to a private Facebook group, weekly meet-up events, group coaching, and a safe space to vent.
The end result: more confidence, the right tools to cope as a mom, and transformational self-love practices, when used consistently, reduces depressive episodes.
In this program I use spiritual and life coaching methods that helped me change my mindset: journaling, shadow work, affirmations, meditation, moon rituals, crystals, candle magic, and more.
I saw a need for moms. So many of us, me included, have been searching for our tribe that we can feel safe with and share our struggles. A lot of moms I have spoken with felt lost and embarrassed to ask for help. They felt misunderstood, needy, judged, unappreciated and overwhelmed with all the expectations. This is a virtual program with group coaching calls once a week and one on one coaching scheduled at your convenience. Just book through my calendar.
This program is for overwhelmed, stressed, and depressed moms who lack the tools to cope as a mom and have little support from family and friends. This mom is looking for a way to balance motherhood with self-love. You can be single, married, or divorced. All moms deserve support and resources to cope through the struggles of motherhood.
The cost of this program is just 3 payments of $167. You get instant membership access to the workbooks, planner, journal, and support group.
This coaching program is 3 months with weekly coaching sessions. Each session is 1 hour. There will be an option to extend or join another program for more help.
You only have to commit 2-3 hours a week in coaching sessions. You complete the workbooks and assignments on your own time

During our first one on one coaching call we will go over your entire schedule and obligations in order to find those pockets of time you can commit to creating a life of flow and abundance.
You only have to commit 2-3 hours for the coaching calls. The rest of the assignments you would do on your own time.
You will receive at the end a customized home binder with systems you refer to for structure, balance, and household effectiveness.
You will have the tools to cope with life stressors, delegate tasks, and enforce boundaries.
